He was predeceased by: his parents, Osa Hines and Pearl Hines (Crabtree); his daughter Angela Hines; his granddaughter Kylee Smith; and his siblings, Charles Hines, Mary Inman, Viola Pugh, Otis "Sonny" Hines, Harold Hines, Richard Hines and Joann Hines.
He is survived by: his children, Jacky Ray Hines, Jr. (Leslie) of Collinsville and Joetta Michelle Vanschuyver (James) of Copan, OK.; his grandchildren, Madison Nunez, Canaan Smith, Rain Gann, Rylee Vanschuyver and Levi Vanschuyver; and his siblings, Algia Gosvener, Dorothy Jones (Bill), David Hines, Billie Kesler and Robert Hines (Suzie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
