He is survived by: his significant other Susan Platt; his stepchildren, Casey Carson and Conor Platt; his grandchildren, James, Elizabeth and Eden; and his siblings, Ron Rutherford of Grants, Sherida Phillips (Robert) of Albuquerque and Beverly Gourdin of Corrales. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Ramona Cemetery (34120 N3980 Rd, Ramona, OK 74061).
