He is survived by: his wife Diana Blevins of Ramona; his brother Lloyd Blevins of Piedmont; his children, Toby Derryberry of Bartlesville, Bridgette (Travis NIchols), N'Cole (Terrice Johnson) and Shaunda (Hunter Shambles); his grandchildren, Garreth, Ethan, Kendall, Chance, Jarrett, Allanna, Miracle, Jensen, Jagger, Jarren and June; and his great grandchild Zatella Johnson.
