He is survived by: his wife Jan Sprouse Coats; his brother Rick; his sister-in-law Leta Coats of Randlett; his children, Josh Coats (Amanda), Jodie Coats of Irving, TX, Jared Coats (Megan) and Kaylee Coats of Colorado Springs; his stepchildren, Jamie Reitz, Dennis of Norman, OK, Jerry Blomgren of Claremore, OK, Jordan Simon and Sam of Wayland, MI; and his close friend Allen Boucher of Burkburnett. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
