He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bob, Dolores Perkins, Ralph, Kathey Needham and Doyle Dewbre; his uncle Mike; and his aunt Sharon Perkins.
He is survived by: his parents, Kent Lane Perkins (Kathy) of Ratliff City and Paula Gayle Needham Hall (Darrell) of Oklahoma City; his children, Baylon and Remi Perkins of Oklahoma City; his grandmother Gaylene Dewbre of Clemscott; his siblings, Courtney Wallace (Steven) of Destin, FL, Jeffery Allen (Christy) of Ratliff City, Kasey Hall of Houston and Jodi Hall of Tulsa; his niece Kensley; and his nephews, Kyden and Bryson. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
