She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Henry Mullins, Sr. and Naoma Ruth Mullins (Balthrop); her brothers, Claudius Mullins and Rickey Mullins; and her brother-in-law Bob Chaffin.
She is survived by: her husband Ben Sanchez; her children, Anita Pitcock (Mark), Michael Sanchez (Kari) and Montie Oballa (Boni); her siblings, Ralph Mullins, Jr. (Joyce) and Sue Chaffin; her sister-in-law Dorothy Mullins-Hare; her grandchildren, Heather Garcia (Lando), Marcella Oballa and Adyn Oballa; and her aunt Imogene Lowery. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family, and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Alexander Gray Funeral Home (57 Nub's Way, Ratliff City, OK 73481). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Milo Baptist Church (23166 OK-53, Springer, OK 73458).
