He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Joseph Bloxham, Sr. and Dorothy Imogene Bloxham (Brown); his wife Tamara Bloxham; and his siblings, Dennis Bloxham, Nelda Richardson and Shirley Venegas.
He is survived by: his children, Brandon Bloxham of Oklahoma City, Polly Bloxham (Robert Lucero) of Geary and Oran Bloxham of Holdenville; his grandchildren, Kenneth, Nevaeh, Meshell, Aubrianna and Deborah Bloxham; and his siblings, Betty Morelock of Hinton, Carl Bloxham of Red Oak, Ricky Bloxham of Geary, Jerri Bloxham of Alabama, Becky Bloxham, Terri Carter of Oklahoma City and Christine Rios. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
