He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Palmer and Lucy Palmer (Amos); his wife Corene Palmer (Bohanon); his siblings, Edward Palmer, Bobby Palmer, Wilburn Palmer and Mary Ann Melton; and his grandson Sean Michael Tonihka.
He is survived by: his children, Robin Palmer of Red Oak, Michaela Tonihka (Hunter) of Tulsa, Deidre Frazier of Ft. Smith and Michael Paul Frazier of Tulsa; his grandchildren, Kenzel Mobley, Zelana Mobley, Zania Mobley, Casten Beck, Danielle Jones, Jackson Jones and Cora Tonihka; and his siblings, Carolyn Cooper of Ardmore, Lisa Spikes of Ardmore, Starr Linch (Mark) of Hulbert and Steve Bond of Ardmore. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
