He is survived by: his siblings, Gary L. Looper, Sr. of Red Oak, Rosie Stafford of Wilburton, Hellen Holloway (David) of Wilburton and Betty Morris (Loyd) of Midland, Arkansas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
