He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Elbert Provence and Merna Marie Provence (Windle); his wife Teressa Provence (McLain); his siblings, Mary Belle Ketchum, Marvella Davis, Elmer Arthur Provence and George Murfield Provence; and his granddaughter Gabrielle Dudley.
He is survived by: his daughters, Parilyn Hairod (Kent) and Kelli Dudley (Steve); his sister Mildred Reinhardt; his grandchildren, Zachary Hairod (Ashley), Ashley Krutzler (Adam), Dakota Dudley (Rachel) and Ty Dudley (Cassidy); his great grandchildren, Madison, Conner Hairod, McLain, Faye Dudley and Savannah Krutzler; and his brother-in-law Allen Taylor. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to your local FFA/4-H Chapter, Westview Boys Home or the Madill Baptist Home for Girls.
