She was predeceased by : her husband Kenneth Warren Gotwalt; her son Shane Middleton; and her stepdaughter Sally Gotwalt. She is survived by : her children, Alvin Dixon, Gina Henson and Elizabeth Frank; her stepchildren, Paul Gotwalt and Rebecca Smith; her siblings, Allen, Fred, Curtis Creekmore, Gregg Cooper and Tracy Creekmore; and her grandchildren, Angela Bray, Willie Fisher, II, Jeff Fisher, Kasey Platt, Zada Choate, Kellie Hopkins, Jessica Grason, Jaycie Justice, Julie Reed, Tonya Reed and Thomas Mason. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
