She is survived by : her mother Gladys Jean Phillips of Mansfield, TX; her children, Jameerah Phillips of Guthrie, OK, Tristan Le'Quon Deshava Chambers (Brittany) of Fort Smith, AR and Trey Chambers of Fort Smith, AR; her close friend Randy Brock of Roland, OK; her brother Larry Eugene Phillips; and her grandchildren, Delfino Stevens Jr., Daetrion Phillips, Zhyan Sandles, Aryss Chambers, Trislynn Nikol Chambers, Tristan Le'Quon DeShava Chambers, Jr., Yazmin Freeman, Taelynn Perry and Jeriyah Clayton.
