He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Loomis and Jewel Loomis (Merriman); and his wife Frances Loomis (Archey). He is survived by: his children, Alvin Loomis of Cameron, Oklahoma, Claudia McCauley of Wade and Brenda Brown of Cameron, Oklahoma; and his brothers, Billy Loomis of Tulsa and Thomas Cooksey of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
