He is survived by: his wife Shirlene Stephens (Thompson); his children, Paul Martin Stephens, Donald Edward Stephens, Barbara Gail Foster and Sandra Lynn Duncan; and his sisters, Louella Thompson and Linda Stephens.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Lewis Funeral Chapel (4817 Kelley Hwy, Fort Smith, AR 72904).
