He is survived by: his mother Edna Mae Owens (Castleberry) of Moffett, OK; his wife Janette Owens (Williams) of Roland, OK; his children, Janelle Amber Owens of Roland, OK and Kevin Spencer Owens, Jr. of Muldrow, OK; and his siblings, Marsha Hatton (Maurice), Sandra Owens of Moffett, OK, Julie Owens of Fort Smith, AR, Diana Owens of Roland, OK, Darrell Owens (Laverne) and Tracy Banks of Van Buren, AR. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Agent Mallory Martin Chapel (904 E Shawntel Smith Blvd, Muldrow, OK 74948). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Moffett School (701 Belt Ave, Moffett, OK 74946).
