He is survived by: his mother Melinda Gail DeFosse of Roland, OK; his children, Sarah Jeremiah (Chris Goscinski) of Lubbock, TX, Scotty Jeremiah of Fort Smith, AR and Brock Jeremiah of Roland, OK; his grandchildren, Reba, Adrianna, Jeremiah of Lubbock, TX. and David of Lubbock, TX.; his sister Deanna Thornburg of Roland, OK; his half-sister Whitley Plank of Muldrow, OK; his brother-in-law Michael Thornburg of Roland, OK.; his nieces and nephews, Shawn Micheal Jeremiah of Roland, OK, Kaegan Lewis of Muldrow, OK, Tiffany Geier of Monkey Island, OK, Madison Thornburg of Roland, OK and Kylie Pratt of Muldrow, OK; and his great-nephew Maverick Jeremiah of Sallisaw, OK.. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
