He was predeceased by : his parents, Juanita Douglas Waits and James Foster Waits; and his siblings, Jody Hammons and Clifford Waits. He is survived by : his wife Neta Faye Waits (Johnston); and his children, Amy Williams, J. R. of Van Buren, AR, Angel Luper, Chris Arthur of Roland, OK and Ronnie Angel (Sara). He is also survived by six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
