He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Marion Bailey and Rutha Pauline Ward Bailey; his wife Barbara Bailey; and his siblings, Judy Copeland, Donna Bailey and Dean Bailey.
He is survived by: his sons, Bill Bailey (Virginia) of Teresita, Keith Bailey of Teresita and Kevin Bailey (Beth) of Keys, Oklahoma; his brother Kenneth Bailey (Charlotte) of Tahlequah, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Kalyn Gardner of Peggs, Quinton Bailey of Tulsa, Diamond Bailey of Oklahoma City, Trevor Bailey, Deserae Wood of Keys, Ashley Coats of Vinita, Chance Bailey of Vinita, Allison McCullin of Kansas City and Anna McCullin of Tahlequah, Oklahoma. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Mr. Bailey was always sure to make his donation to the highway patrol.
