He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Parnell and Velma Parnell (Horn); his daughter Cynthia Parnell; his sister Velma Gay Neal; and his nephew Michael Penny.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Parnell; his children, Earl Zane Parnell and Brandie Parnell; his grandsons, Seth Parnell and Sam Snook; and his siblings, Margaret Walker and Gail Morris.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Southern Baptist Church- Rush Springs (115 S 2nd St, Rush Springs, OK 73082).
