She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Austin Forbes and Bessie Ann Forbes (Bollen); her husband George Lee Mills; her grandson Jason Mills; her daughters-in-law, Carla Mills and Monica Mills; and her sisters, Jewell Meade of Paradise, CA, Alice Terry of Chickasha, Allie Mae Easterling of Oklahoma City, Minnie Fleming of Rush Springs and Genie Hannah of Perry.
She is survived by: her children, Marvin Mills of Rush Springs, Karen Mills Bell (Douglas) of Duncan, Janet Mills Carter (Paul) of Norman and Joe Mills (Ginny) of Chickasha; her grandchildren, Jimmy Mills (Terri Caldwell) of Rush Springs, Kyla Wells (Donnie) of Boardman, OH, Michael Mills of Chickasha, Kristy Benson (Darren) of Norman, Cindy Mills of Rush Springs, Chris Bell of Humble, TX, Ty Stevenson (Melissa Mertelly) of Camarillo, CA, Sherri Johnson of Los Angeles, CA and Samantha Burk (Tyler) of Dibble; her great grandchildren, Kaleb Lemons (Jozlynne), Jayden Mills, Nathan Wells, Elaine Mills, Devin Benson, Peyton Benson, Monica Mills, Libby Bell, Bentlee Boyd, Adrian Stevenson, Liam Burk, Lucas Bell and Luke Burk; and her great great grandchildren, Grayson Kia Wells, Havok Randal Lemons and Mayhem Lane Lemons.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Callaway-Smith-Cobb Chapel (326 W Blakely Ave, Rush Springs, OK 73082). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Southern Baptist Church- Rush Springs (115 S 2nd St, Rush Springs, OK 73082).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Eva's honor to the donor's choice of the Alzheimer's Association, American Heart Association, American Lung Association, or Muscular Dystrophy Association.
