He was predeceased by: his parents, Lumon J. Womack and Beulah Womack; his wife Donna Darlene Womack; and his siblings, Jefferson Womack, Roy Womack, Kenneth Womack, Paul Womack, Ruben Womack, Truman Womack, Onna Robertson, Prudie Garrett and Virenea Ryan.
He is survived by: his children, Jerry Pat Womack, Jr. (Sheley) of Marlow, Peggy Osborne (Randy) of Comanche and Donna P. Newton (Wes) of Fort Walton Beach, Florida; his grandchildren, Samantha, Alexander, Xavier, Keifer, Liz, Kaitlin and Kendra; his great grandchildren, James, Esme, Xander, Sarah and Liam; and his siblings, Oran Womack, Dewayne Womack, Tim Womack, Edith Scheidt and June Price. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
