He is survived by: his father Dale Casey of Muldrow, OK; his brothers, Robert Dale Casey, Johnny Casey and Delbert Casey; his sister-in-law Roxie Noble; and his cousins, Lloyd Caudle, Jeremy Cowan, Stacey Mason, Bryce Cowan, Betty Reed, Crystal Jackson and Connie Caudle.
