Riggs; her children, Tina (Doug King), Amy (Eddy Lockhart) and Eric Riggs of Sallisaw, OK; her grandchildren, Sarah, Andy Brooks, Andrew King, Josie, Ethan Lockhart, Elijah, Noah and Josiah Riggs; and her siblings, Carlene Buckley of Bixby, OK and Kevin Ballinger (Shannon). She was also cherished by other relatives and friends.
