He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Leon Bell and Jeanette Floria Bell (Skinner). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bell (VanDerziel); his stepdaughters, Ashley McCullah (John Jones), Jessica McCullah and Catherine Perano; and his brothers, Louis Fisher (Brittney) and Donald Wann. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
