He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Marie James (Ashley) and Walter Eugene James; his wife Ingrid L.; his brother Donald Ray James; and his son David R. James.
He is survived by: his son Jesse James of Sallisaw, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Patsy M. Jones of Muldrow, Oklahoma, Loyd James (Sue), John P. James (Donna) and Dwayne James (Gail). He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
