He is survived by: his mother Edna Earl Reves (Slater) of Sallisaw, OK; his daughters, Rebecca Marsh and Tracy Tapang; his sister Charlotte Gail Reves of Spokane, WA; his close friends, Mason Botts, Larona Garrison, Patricia Howard, Viola Shelley, Norma Shamblin and Johnson; and his caregivers, Melba Moore and Annette Crowder. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
