He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Charlene Clark (Thompson) and Derwood Clark; and his siblings, JoAnn Brown and Kenneth Wayne Clark. He is survived by: his children, Heather Flint (John) of Henderson, Nevada and Dave Clark of Sallisaw, Oklahoma; his grandson Kaleb Lee Clark of Sallisaw; and his great grandchildren, Daisy Ren Clark and George Henry Clark. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
