He was predeceased by: his parents, Nellie Margaret Tibbitts (Thompson) and Frank Irving Tibbitts. He is survived by: his sons, Don Tibbitts, Jr. (Shannon), Richard Tibbitts (Michelle) and Frank Tibbitts (Barbara); his siblings, Shirley Tounzen (Don), Linda Tibbitts of Sallisaw, Oklahoma and Lonnie Tibbitts of Sallisaw, Oklahoma; and his nephew Pete Gonzales of Texas. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
