She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Jerry Johnson of Sallisaw, Oklahoma; her parents, James Lester Walker and Bessie Mae Walker (Staffan); and her siblings, Blanche Roberta Cheek (Record) and Dr. Russell Walker.
She is survived by: her son Dr. Barrett Ashley Johnson of Fayetteville, Arkansas; and her nieces and nephews, Deborah Elaine Cheek Sparks of Tulsa, Carolyn Johnson of Oklahoma City, Sandy Johnson Price of Phoenix, Joella Tanner of Oklahoma City, Beverly Morris of Seminole, Margaret Johnson of Oregon, Robert Johnson of Oregon, Ronnie Johnson and Billy Johnson of Seminole, Oklahoma..
