He is survived by: his wife Gwen Miller of Sallisaw, Oklahoma; his daughter Kacy Miller Deo of Sallisaw, Oklahoma; and his granddaughters, Baylee Deo of Wichita Falls and Karen Deo of Sallisaw, Oklahoma. He is also survived by nieces and nephews along with other family members and friends.
