He was predeceased by: his parents, Leota Woodruff (Southards) and Forrest Woodruff; his grandparents, Frank, Alta Southards, Homer and Clara Woodruff; his siblings, Mike Woodruff, Debbie Woodruff and Stormy Martin; his niece Cassie Alexander; his nephews, Charles Alexander and Bryan Baker; and his brothers-in-law, Kevin Huddleston and Del Howe.

He is survived by: his wife Tammy Woodruff; his siblings, Sandy Howe, Carla Forte (Dickie), Kim Murphree and J. D. Woodruff (Doris); his sister-in-law Paula Woodruff; and his friends, Bobbie Sanders and Tom Norman (Jackie).
