She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillie Lee Jean McClain (Ingram) and Clyde Otto McClain; and her siblings, Carolyn, Thurman and Donald McClain.
She is survived by: her husband Millard; her children, Mark McCormack (Linda) of Muldrow, OK, Susan Chandler (David) of Sallisaw, OK and Regina Isaacks of Sallisaw; her grandchildren, Shauna Mynahan (Chad), Keith Chandler (Lisa), Mark McCormack, Jr. (Leslie), Daniel McCormack (Ocean), Matthew McCormack (Jessica) and Ray Barr (Tracy); her siblings, Phyllis Judkins, Wanda Machielson, Deanie Myers, Pam Graham and Thomas McClain, Sr.; and her pet Rascal. She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
