He was predeceased by: his children, Samuel Lynn Smith, Richard Smith, Ruby Chapman and Shannon Boyd; his great grandchild Chord Chapman; his siblings, Peachy, Leon, Leo, Ralph, Lahoma, Sequoyah and Edith Smith; Alice.
He is survived by: his sister Wanita; his wife Dorothy Smith (Cowett); his children, Dwayne Smith (Kris), Jeff Smith (Debbie), Karen Richardson (Donald), Dottie Justice (Loye), Ronnie Baldwin (Trish), Danny Cobb (Angela), Lahoma Burns of Sallisaw, OK, Tim Grisham of Hot Springs, AR, Sandra Locust of Gore, OK and Daniella Boyd of Northwest Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Shaun, Shane, Sammy, Nelson, Spencer, Tara of Deidra, R. J., Zach, Nicole, Courtney, Chad, Anthony, Heather, Chase, Hannah, Emily, Ella, Brandon, Audra, Alea, Danny-Zane, Avery, Braxton, Chloe, Meagan and Jeffrey. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; along with many other relatives and friends.
