He is survived by: his wife Sandra Diane Johnson (McGehee); his sons, Lance Johnson of Bristow, OK and Heath Johnson of Drumwright, OK; and his grandchildren, Lane Ray Johnson of Bristow, OK, Shelby Johnson of Drumwright, OK and Dana Matherly of Bristow, OK. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
