She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith Lokey (Dill) and William "Bill" Russell Lokey; and her siblings, Don, Rex, Jack, Bill Lokey, Bettye Jo DeFord, Margaret Karl and Bobbie Teresa Lokey.
She is survived by: her husband Rex Bell Whatley; her sons, Rex Blake Whatley of Stilwell, OK and Bret Whatley of Sallisaw, OK; and her siblings, June Edwards of Hawkins, TX, Bob Lokey of Holly Grove, W. V., Mike Lokey of Glenwood, AR and Dan Lokey of Arkoma, OK. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
