She is survived by: her sons, Brett Vann of Fort Smith, AR, Shannon Vann (Cheryl) of Sallisaw, OK and Wade Vann (Brandi) of Roland, OK.; her grandchildren, Nathan Vann (Catherine) of Tulsa, OK, Sarah Riley Long (Jordan) of Little Elm, TX, Marissa Babirak (Kyle) of Chantilly, VA and Whitley Coatney (Logan) of Roland, OK.; and her great grandchildren, Nolan Long, Camden Coatney and Jac Elaine Vann.
Throughout her life, Joy made meaningful contributions to her community.
