She was predeceased by: her husband David Waters; and her father Jerry Rogers. She is survived by: her children, Malyn Rogers and Preston Waters (Shalen); her mother Jena Rogers (Clinton Johnson); her sister Kimberly Brown (Gary); and her sibling's children, Tristan Brown and Kira Brown.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sallisaw City Cemetery (794 E Houser Ave, Sallisaw, OK 74955).
