He is survived by: his brothers, Jimmy Allen of Sallisaw, OK and Clifford Ray Allen of Wagoner, OK; his niece Jesslyn Allen of Wagoner, OK; and his nephew Dayton Allen of Broken Arrow, OK. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
