He is survived by : his father William; his daughter Madisyn Parish; his wife Kim Parish; his stepdaughters, Alexis, Brooke and Katie Springwater; his grandmother Kay McDonald; and his family, Dave, Sharon, Matt and Abby. He is also survived by parents and siblings than Uncle, Aunt and Cousins.

Viewing was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Agent & Mallory Martin Funeral Home (123 S Wheeler Ave, Sallisaw, OK 74955). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sallisaw City Cemetery (794 E Houser Ave, Sallisaw, OK 74955).
