He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvia Hines (Davis) and Clayton Mayo Hines; his siblings, Edith Hines and Edward Hines; and his brother-in-law Calvin Caves.
He is survived by: his children, Ozalena Martinez (Hector), Victoria Hines (Jason) and Ozzie Lee Hines Jr. (Latisha); his grandchildren, Clay Martinez, Alejandro Martinez, Valan Harper, Ryder Brown, Hunter Hines and Austin Hines; his great grandchild Brynley Hines; and his siblings, Mary Caves of Sallisaw, Marie Bolin (Gary), Jewel Dean Teague (Donald), Nancy Lineberry (Allen), Sylvia Hines-Goodwin of Sallisaw, OK, Imogene Cheek of Sallisaw, OK, Thomas Hines (Iva) and Clayton Hines (Paula). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
