He is survived by: his children, Perry Kuykendall, Jr. (Edna) of Oklahoma City, OK, Jon Drake of Palm Springs, CA and Karen Richards (William) of Sallisaw, OK; his grandchildren, Chad Drake Kuykendall, Trent Garrett Kuykendall, Nena Kidd, Jason Fullbright, Drew Fullbright, Ryan Richards and Justin Richards; his great grandchildren, Sutton, Sadie, Cooper, Mason and Russell; and his sisters, Eloise Nelson of Coweta, OK, Doris O'hara of Orlando, FL, Sherry Gean of Sallisaw, OK and Shelly Kuykendall of Sallisaw, OK. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
