He is survived by: his mother Beatrice Keith (Maddox); his wife Tawanna Keith (Caughman); his children, Brandi Brooks (Jason) of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, Kim Parish of Sallisaw, Oklahoma and James Keith (Martha) of Sallisaw; his grandchildren, Jalee, Lexi, Coy, Gracie, Katie, Aiden, Addison, Aaron, Kayla, James, Tagun and Willie (Madisyn); his great grandchildren, Lilly and Aiden; and his siblings, Rosalie Spencer (Terry) of Olive, Sami Mae West (Terry Don) of Henryetta, Oklahoma and William Ray Keith of Olive. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
