He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Lafayette Sullivan and Verdie Inez Sullivan (Chamlee); and his wife Patsy Lou Sullivan (Clark). He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Lewis and Jackie Hood of Sallisaw, Oklahoma; and his sister Sylvia Skinner of Cleburne, Texas. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
