He was predeceased by : his parent Glen Dee Douglas; and his brother Lee Wesley Douglas. He is survived by : his mother Renee Douglas (Riley) of Sallisaw, OK; his close friend Lanni Douglas; his children, Shawn Schneider of Fort Snith, AR, Alicia Monaghan (Dustin), Ashley Douglas of Sallisaw, OK and Ethan Douglas of Sallisaw, OK; his grandchildren, Michelle Monaghan and Daniel Monaghan; and his siblings, Sabrina, John Douglas of Fort Smith, AR and Mike Douglas of Muldrow, OK.

Viewing was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Agent & Mallory Martin Funeral Home (123 S Wheeler Ave, Sallisaw, OK 74955).
