She was predeceased by: her parents, Eva Bell Reed (Jeremiah) and Edgar James Reed; her husband Arnold D. O'Neal; her sister Helen Price; and her grandmother Lee Ogdon.

She is survived by: her children, Arlene O'Neal Gaut of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, Steve O'Neal (Debbie) and Mark O'Neal (Angela); her grandchildren, Amiee Wensen, Rebecca Crawford, Kathleen Kastner, Jared Clements, Jennifer O'Neal, Misty Waters, Ryan O'Neal, Brandy Bodiford, Leslie Houck and Amanda Bright; and her siblings, Sue Bynum (Kenneth), Herbert Reed (Judy) and Jimmy Reed (Brenda). She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
