He was predeceased by : his parents, Bud Burris and Etter Burris (Bell); his wife Paulene Burris; his siblings, Monroe, Roy, Emmitt, Elmer, Don, Helen, EvieMay, Ethel and Eller; his daughter Wanda Smith; and his grandchildren, Katelynn Love, Robert Morris and Gabriel Burris.
He is survived by : his siblings, Odis Burris, Gwen of Sapulpa, OK and Mary Whiten of Connors, GA; his children, Arlene Shearer of Coweta, OK, Edward Burris of Oklahoma CIty, OK, Sandra Smith (Brian), Darla Love (Steven Sr.), Lavonna Rodriguez (Daniel) and Daniel Burris (Gwadelle Anne); and his son-in-law Larry Smith of Wagoner, OK. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
