She was predeceased by : her parents, James Joseph Bachman Sr. and Dorothy Beatrice Bachman; her husband James Lawrence Dacus Sr.; her brother James Joseph Bachman Jr.; and her grandson Steven Cody Songer.

She is survived by : her son James Dacus Jr. (Stephanie); her granddaughter Brittney Williams (Bobbie); her children, Trey and Lois Rachelle Thurber (Brent); her grandchildren, Kennedy and Delaney; her son John Dacus (Tammy); her grandchild Ashley Songer; her daughter Amy Dacus; her grandchild Abagail Dry; and her great grandchildren, Bradley, Bailee and Ezekiel.

A memorial service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Hillspring Church (8801 W 41st St, Sand Springs, OK 74063).
