He was predeceased by: his parents, James Monroe Blaylock and Betty Fay Wilson Blaylock; his wife Carol; and his brother Harland. He is survived by: his daughters, Tonya Hinshaw of Tulsa and Rhonda Gonzalez of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his siblings, Cindy Page (Mark) of Tulsa, Julie Smith (Doug) of Broken Arrow and Danny Blaylock of Eldorado, Kansas; his granddaughters, Kaitlyn Uzzel, Zoe Gonzalez and Saraya Gonzalez; and his great grandchild Kingston Gonzalez. He is also survived by many friends and extended family.
