Poyndexter II, Thomas Eugene Poyndexter, Ronald Gene Poyndexter of Sand Springs and Gladys Marie Poyndexter Fry; his niece Tamara M. Bailey; and his great-nephew Kevin Patrick Phelps of Bixby, Oklahoma..
He is survived by: his sibling's children, Cynthia Hays (Johnny Hays) of Mustang, OK, Malinda Rardin and Darron Poyndexter of Mannford, OK. He is also survived by Four Great-Nieces; Seven Great-Nephews; Twelve Great-Great-Nieces; Three Great-Great Nephews.
