He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Johnson and Doris Johnson (Lorrine). He is survived by: his sons, Jeremiah Johnson (Kimberly) of Cleveland and Nicholas Johnson (Mioto) of Sendai, Japan; his grandchildren, Kayleigh Brown of Samantha Brown, C. J, Alyssa McIntire, Mordacai Johnson, Phinehas Johnson and Eleazar Johnson; his great grandchildren, Bryson Brown, Dean Miller, Spencer Miller, Malechai Miller, Kadan Sturch, Hazel Sturch, Elliott Sturch, Paetyn McIntire, Jayce McIntire, Brinleigh Schroeder and Bella McIntire; his sisters, Mary Hill and Kendy Kinion (Russ); and the mother of his children Dorothy Johnson.
